Enquiry details are stored securely in our website's database, hosted on our web hosting provider's servers in India, and are accessible only to authorized PrintGarh staff through a password-protected admin panel.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

To operate the Site and respond to enquiries, we rely on a small number of third-party services, each of which processes limited data strictly to perform its function:

  • Web hosting & email (Hostinger) — stores our database and sends email notifications when you submit a form.
  • CallMeBot (WhatsApp notifications) — used only to notify our own team by WhatsApp that a new enquiry was received; it does not message you directly or store your data beyond relaying that one notification.
  • Content delivery networks (e.g. for fonts and page styling) — deliver static design assets to your browser and do not receive your form data.

5. Cookies

The Site uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (such as keeping you logged into the admin panel, and remembering your session while browsing). We do not currently use advertising or third-party analytics cookies to track visitors across the Site.

6. Data Retention

We retain enquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain reasonable business records, and periodically remove older entries that are no longer needed. You can request deletion of your information at any time — see Section 8 below.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect the information you share with us, including restricting admin panel access with authentication and keeping sensitive configuration files inaccessible to the public. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request that we delete your enquiry information
